- Original Migration Certificate (for candidates outside Assam, Other board/Council/University)
- Caste Certificate (for ST/SC/OBC)
- Passport size photographs (4 no)
- Address Proof: PRC/ Driving License/ Voter ID Card/ Adhar Card/ Bank Passbook etc.
